A page is a stack of sections. Building one of the system pages takes over that address — the theme still draws the masthead and footer around it, so a page you have not finished never shows a blank screen.
No pages yet. The theme draws its own front page, archive and tags until you build one.

Switching a theme repaints the site; it never touches what you wrote. Ours are locked — make your own from one of them and change anything you like.
Built on
Every layout, template and piece of type comes from the theme you build on. You are changing its colors, nothing else.

Saving switches the site to it.
A plugin is a folder. Tulsa refuses to load one built for a different core rather than half-running it. Turning one off leaves everything it saved where it is.

What readers have said, and what appears.
Replies are held until you say otherwise. Nothing a reader writes is sent anywhere but your own database, and no address is stored — only a fingerprint of one, so somebody cannot post fifty in a minute.

Hold everything for me
With holding off, a reply appears the moment it is written. That is faster and it is how a comment section fills with junk; leave it on unless you have a reason.

The reply itself is not in the email — only that one is waiting, and a link back here.

One license per site. If hitulsa.app cannot be reached, nothing changes — your site keeps working exactly as it is. Tulsa 0.1.0.
Everything you have
One archive: the database, every picture, and how this
install found them. It is your site, so you can take it whenever you like —
and a copy on your own machine is the only backup nobody can take away.
The archive carries a README explaining how to put it
back. Nothing in it is a Tulsa-only format — if this product went away
you could still read every word with tools already on your machine.
