Switching a theme repaints the site; it never touches what you wrote. Ours are locked — make your own from one of them and change anything you like.

A plugin is a folder. Tulsa refuses to load one built for a different core rather than half-running it. Turning one off leaves everything it saved where it is.

Replies are held until you say otherwise. Nothing a reader writes is sent anywhere but your own database, and no address is stored — only a fingerprint of one, so somebody cannot post fifty in a minute.

The archive carries a README explaining how to put it back. Nothing in it is a Tulsa-only format — if this product went away you could still read every word with tools already on your machine.
